Bear Blakely

Bear has been investing in real estate since 2003.  His father since 1993.  He partnered with his father in 2005 and took over the company in 2016.  He was a US Army Airborne Combat Engineer for 8 years, Graduated Walden University with an MBA.  He has studied Project Management, Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, and Residential Real Estate, having continued his professional development at such prestigious universities as Harvard, Cornell and Notre Dame.

We've been buying, renovating and selling houses since 1993 when Thomas Blakely first began investing in real estate.  Thomas is a retired US Air Force Lt. Col. and is passionate about helping people.  Sellers receive the best value for their homes through Land Contracts, buyers get into homes without mortgage broker or real estate agent commissions with a Lease Purchase contract, and the community receives a portion of the profit as we are active in local education charities. 

Charity and Community
